Georgian Court University may consider transferring in up to 6 credit hours. Courses must have been taken within the past 6 years. Credit will be given only if credit has not already been awarded or earned for the related course content.

In order for credits to be reviewed, we require the form below, an application, transcripts, and course descriptions, or syllabi. In order to obtain a transfer credit review, we must receive this Substitution or Waiver Form, along with your application, transcripts (at least unofficials), and course descriptions or a syllabus. 
 
Courses must have been taken within the past 6 years.  Credit will be given only if credit has not already been awarded or earned for the related course content.  Final determination of the acceptance or denial of transfer credit is made by the department chairperson or program director of the field of study for courses in the field of study, by the director of general education for general education courses, and by the Office of the Provost for general electives.
 
Official academic record will be adjusted when Registrar’s Office receives final decision from Associate Provost.
