Praxis CORE Academic Skills Test for Educators (or Equivalent)
Send a copy of your Praxis CORE scores to the Graduate Education Admissions department. Your scores in Reading (Test 5712), Writing (Test 5722), and Mathematics (Test 5732) will be evaluated as part of your admission file. A minimum passing score is required.
Copy of your valid VA Instructional Certificate
The Graduate Information Office will obtain a copy of your teaching certificate online at the VDOE website as long as it is in the state’s database. If we have any difficulties locating your teaching certificate, we will contact you. Or, you may upload it here.
